Went to school as usual. School seems long and tiring and the geographic video our teacher played for us doesn't seem to interest me at all. It must be the long week that tires me out. I can fall asleep watching that video. Jie Lun taught me a bit on basketball skills. I am beginning to like basketball. Although the phobia of flying balls still remained. Bought the Accounting book which cost around 45 bucks. I am sharing the book with Jie lun. I still need a Management of business book which is costly. It was raining when we were going home. We took a bus to the bus-stop outside westmall. There was no shelter and we had to run across the road. Jie Lun was almost hit by a car.

This was a picture of me and Eunice got drenched under the rain. Look how wet we were! My shoes and socks were soaked with rain water. My uniform turned to a darker green and my hair was completely wet.
Saturday

I was working night shift from 6 to closing. When me and Jielun reached pm the manager told us someone was here to check the performance of our service. So, we were told to speak louder and smile more. Difficult task for me as I have problems smiling all the time. We need muscles to smile and its tiring. I only smile to customers not all the time like when I'm standing alone. It looks weird smiling to myself. After work, my mummy called me. Telling me to buy back Macdonalds to eat. Then I went to yew tee Mac to buy fries and nuggets and Jie lun ate SALAD. Which was weird because who will eat salad during the night?
After she started eating I fall flat on the table and slept. I was too tired >.<


Happy things that happened to me!

-Finally, I got a laptop of my own! But I have to wait for the Singtel people to install things to it. Then I can play the internet!

- I was given a status!

- Ming Lee is hired in Pasta Mania! Hip,Hip HURRAY! We can now stay in contact through work! I am so happy! =)

I dont understand why some people can be so unfeeling and heartless.

So boring today ah. Just rot at home. I still have homework but didn't do. Hey, I'm the lazy kind of person ok. School tomorrow just sucks. Nothing interest me there yet. Nothing to do and nothing to blog about.

Something interesting I thought about. If someone says that something has always been happening to someone. Is it someone's fault or outsider's fault? I think if something always been happening to you, you should start reflecting on yourself.

I've just surfed the net and came across something I find amazing. Would like to share this with all of you! Presenting the Colossal squid!


As you can see from the above picture, the Colossal squid is as big as 13m. It is even bigger and heavier than a Giant squid! With an estimated weight of 990 pounds which is 450 kilograms! Colossal squid (Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni) have eyes as wide as dinner plates and sharp hooks on some of their sucker.

This enormous squid was found on February 22, 2007—In Antarctica's Ross Sea, a fishing boat has caught what is likely the world's biggest known colossal squid.

If you are interested to know about the Giant squid I have a picture of it!Introducing to you the Giant Squid!On December 22, 2006 ,researchers in Japan have captured and filmed a live giant squid. Likely for the first time. The female squid was struggling hard when the researchers was trying to capture the squid. The animal died from injuries sustained during the capture.

Jie lun have serious stomach pain. So worried for her. Don't want to heed my advice.

School ends at 12.45p.m. Then me and Jielun left school and saw James along the way. We went to Jurong East to meet Ming Lee. We had nothing to do because we are meeting Ming at 2 but we reached there at 1.20. So we went to this like Japanese stall to take a bite. Yummy! I ate up everything. It's like egg pizza with chicken floss and noodles inside. SEE! empty =)

Jielun ordered this bowl of noodles with soup. I took a sip of the soup. NICE. LALALA. Continue on with the day.

Went on to meet Ming Lee at Jurong East platform and then went to Jurong point. Ming Lee was planning to go find jobs there and shop around. So happy. Haven't seen her for a long time! =) She is getting prettier now.

Went home around 4 plus because Jie Lun's stomach was hurting. Then me and Ming Lee took photo in the mrt.
In the mrt before the train started moving I noticed this incinerator puffing out black smoke. Wah. Air pollution. This earth is deteriorating!
Took a photo of it from the mrt. I zoomed in the picture although it's not so clear but that's how it looked like. The color of the sky changed to a darker grey.

We went for the GP lecture. I took pictures of Nani and Jielun. Haha. Wah, so attentive in class.EH! She caught me secretly taking her photo and gave me that look!

The lecture was -. I almost fell asleep. Jielun just fell flat on the table.

After school, Nani and Jielun went for tryouts for the CCA floorball. I waited for them.

Time: 5.30 to 7.30

I was so tired. The school was almost empty. I sat on the blue chair my eyes half open.
That was the whole group of them. Can you spot Nani and Jielun? Hint: They are facing us in the picture. The game seems fun and everything but I'm not joining. Not gonna tire myself out for the next 3 years with tough training! Had enough in military band during secondary school life.How do they look? Professional players? HA.

Boring!

1st day of school
We had orientation and this was how it goes.

Went to school at 7.30am and checked the classes we are posted to. Nani went into the arts stream with her 3 other classmates. I went into the commerce stream which consists of H2 :Management of business, Poa, Geography and H1:Maths. I seriously do not score well in Geography but what to do when I don't like economics! Great! Went into the same class with Jielun! HEY.It's going to be a 7 years of classmates. How wonderful. Wonder how's Nadiah doing.
We have to like learn the school song and it was like YAWN*. I don't understand why the leaders like to force us to do things we don't like and making it sound like its for our own good. PUI.

Was in the hall hearing boring talks for like 3 hrs? My legs were numb. I went out for a while to have a 5 mins break. Ate carrot cake then went back to hell. Finally we had break for 45 mins.
Thank goodness if not I could die of boredom there. Bought chicken chop to eat. Not bad! :)
Then we went back to the hall to be reshuffled to our classes. Then we went back to our respective classrooms. My home tutor is Ms Michelle Foong. Same name! She gave us a hair and uniform check at the end of the period. OK. So my bangs are inappropriate because it might disrupt learning. Right. And we have to wear ear studs. Badges always on collar. I hate the rules. It's just so irritating and annoying. I don't think I'm able to go university. Why? look at my attitute?

Then we proceed to the stadium. Stupidly. We are just there to sun tanned. Then we are asked to play this boring thing. All of us have to proceed to different stations to play some kind of stupid games. All this while I just stood right at the back and talked to jielun. Thinking ways to get out of there. Surprisingly, there were people who wants to leave there too. At 3 pm, me and my friends escaped from hell to heaven. FREEDOM!

3pm at noon: We went to our former school. YISS. I missed that school a lot. Saw a few familiar faces. The little kids have all grown up. Talked to Mrs Barnwell at the canteen. Still as funny as ever. MDM WAI! Missed her so much but I did not know how to expressed my feelings when I saw her. Haha. Guess it's kinda weird. WAH. The study corner was changed into an air-conditioned room. shuang leh. The design for the room was nice and the right place for studying and relaxation. I was stucked in that room for like an hour. Walking around the school reminds me lots of wonderful memories. 4 years was not short. Tears welled up my eyes but I tried to stay strong. Reality check: It's time for us to move on.

Went looking for school shoes today. Sux man. I went to this shop and instantly fell in love with this pair of shoes costing $49+ cause there is sales going on. Then they don't have my size. So, I went to westmall to the very same shop to look for the same shoe and guess what , the price changed! Costing $99. What the heck. So I choose another shoe at that shop but they don't have my size! Another day I went to westmall's converse shop and wanted to buy this high-cut shoe and they don't have my size! In the end I went to Bata and bought this brown shoes with pink laces.

Do I have abnormal feet size??

Eat my dinner at pasta mania today. My often going to pasta mania might cause suspicions to some of my colleagues or even the managers. SERIOUSLY, I went there without motive or intentionally. So quit guessing. I had chicken sausage. Nani actually had it too but when she knew the sausage contained pork she changed it. Nani had a haircut at Lot1. Haha. She was nervous because she was scared that she hate her new hairstyle.

Me and Nani at the mrt platform.. Pretty aye?Bought stationaries for school. A black pen,liquid paper and pencil lead. I'll use my previous school bag. Wanted to buy a file for putting my notes. Guess I'll get it some other day. Today Nani suffered from this non-stop hiccups. Ha! She talked and hiccup. It was really funny. An indian guy was laughing at it.
When I got home I changed into the MI uniform and wore my new shoes and this was how I looked in them.

My last holiday tomorrow!

I'm now in the study room with Nani,Jielun and Ming Lee. Nadiah is coming later! =) Heard she sounded really in a bad mood. My left side waist is hurting a lot. Don't know why. The sleepover had been going pretty well. Started off when Nani and Ming Lee meet me outside Pasta Mania after my work. I was feeling really embarrassed today. They keep teasing me with one of the colleague. Then I was trying to avoid the embarrassment but I made it looked more obvious. My manager kept staring at me because I was talking about him to my friends. Anyway, It was really an embarrassing.

YAWN. Actually I was quite tired but with my friends here they keep me awake. :)

I was working today. Still feeling sick. I will try to pull myself together. Had a big cry today. Surprisingly, I felt MUCH better. I bought Gary's CD. Nice vocal. Hai, really don't feel like talking now. Get back to y'all later.

I realised most of my friends are going are going to the polytechnic. I don't know why I feel so sian thinking that I'm going to MI. Maybe it's the long holiday, or the fear that I can't do well or maybe even friends. I just can't stop thinking about all this. I hate this feeling that is inside me.

I bought my uniform but only 1 set. Regretted. Should have bought 2. I really hope me and my besties will stay as close. I don't know why I am saying all this but I really miss all my friends. Sigh. Another long journey for me. Time flies so fast. I'm already out of secondary school. I still can remember how I was like when I was secondary one. I don't want to age that fast!

I still don't know what class I am going to be in but I applied for management of business,maths,geography and poa. Not sure what CCA I went. I am so tired of all this things that are coming to me and I think I'm not a strong person. I can just breakdown easily.

Give me a break.

Anyway, congratulations to some of you that went into the school desired and all the best!

Got my results today and I'm going MI commerce stream.
Surprisingly, my primary school mate is going to the same school and stream with me. What a small world.

Today went to ice skating with jielun and Ricky. Ricky did not know how to skate and fell a few times. Funny. I did not fall at all. Made an improvement. It was much fun. Then we went to Kbox till 8.30 pm. The both of them sang this "I don't wanna miss a thing" song and kept imitating the singer. You should have heard them! They were so happy and they decided to sing the song AGAIN. My poor fragile ears. It's been a long time since I sing. It's always school,books,teachers and exams. After a long period of 4 months we are going back to campus. Wonder how it's going to be like tomorrow. Michelle, snap out of it.

Back to topic..

After the outing we had our dinner. We did not have enough money and Ricky had $7 with him. With the $7 we bought 3 plates of rice with a small bowl of curry chicken. Pathetic eh? That cost $5. The remaining change was used for drinks.

I can't help thinking how's like going to be like when I'm in MI. Damn, I better stop thinking about it. No mood for Hana Kimi today. Got to get back to bed and do some serious thinking.

Today Ming Lee and Nani came to my house when I was in the middle of changing my clothes. Haha. We were having a movie marathon. They bought Mac and in a few mins Jielun came. We slack at home and watch " raise your voice" and the jackie chan's show. I don't know what's the title. The shows are nice! The show raise your voice was touching man. The part that hilary's bro died made me cry. I turned and caught Nani crying and she caught me crying too and.. HAHAH. We laughed out loud. LOL. After all the movie thing we went to causeway to get my handphone. Woo hOO! Brand new phone fixed. The light is back! We helped Lynn choose clothes at IP Zone. The clothes i chose looked perfect for her but she didn't really liked it because usually she wouldn't wear like what I chose for her. Hey, it's really nice. Dark green jacket with white tank top.

Ok. Tomorrow I'm going to jurong east to play ice skating! Has been a long time since I went there. I am going to enjoy myself tomorrow. A reward for hard work. Tomorrow is a big day too. I'll be getting my posting results! This is so exciting but I don't really wish to go back to school. I like the holidays y'all know. Slack. Feels good.

Shucks. I can't find my gloves for ice-skating. Off to Hana Kimi again. I'm only at episode 5. Laughs

I don't understand. What would you do if you see a friend you haven't seen for a long time? Are you suppose to feel happy an excited? Damn it. It seems like the 3 years with been friends for nothing. You can turn away even. You don't even ask how I am. What a friend.

Today I went shopping with my sister and mother. $40 of my hong bao money flew away. Went to causeway point. Bought a red jacket, sleeveless top and a long sleeve both in black. All in one shop. IP zone. Never expect I would buy a sleeveless top. But, I'm wearing a jacket with it. A pair of small earings with diamonds(fake of course) on it, Veet and mascara. What a shopping spree.

Now I am addicted to Hana Kimi drama. Can't wait to watch it so, Im going!

I am back with latest news of my life. Ok. The major thing in my life is getting back the O level results. Well, not bad i guess. First choice was millenia institution. I heard that it's stressful. I don't really wish to get in there. We can't judge a book from its cover, same logic.


Going on to career. Im working in PastaMania at westmall's outlet. So you may wish to drop by and try your luck to see if I'm there. Spot for the smallest girl there and you will see me. Work had been fine but there were events that made me felt unhappy. I would feel stupid and thought of crying. Then I would think that I would be even an idiot if I cry over such trival matters. Maybe I should think of a solution or do better next time. I realised that studying and working is two different matters.

Chinese New Year arrived and I was looking forward to the red packets we called it "hong bao" in chinese. I get to eat my favourite chinese new year food. Pineapple tarts! Delicious.
